Broken Silence Foundation 

The Broken Silence foundation was established in 1993 with the goal to help the Deaf - particularly children - to hear, listen, understand and communicate through the aid of a special device:  The Cochlear Implant.

The Cochlear Implant can help adults and children with severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss, people who can not benefit from the use of hearing aids for speech discrimination.
